this pivotal role involves ensuring seamless transitions, process optimization, and operational excellence across the region.this position is instrumental in driving business growth by streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.spearhead process enhancements to minimize disruptions and improve overall performance.analyze customer needs and propose system/process adaptations to drive business value.monitor key performance indicators and suggest strategic improvements to optimize processes.support project resource allocation, process documentation, and training program development.collaborate with ssc managers, peers, and process owners to achieve common goals.develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.coordinate strategy execution, maintain cross-functional alignment, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.travel to ssc centers and hotel properties as needed to ensure effective implementation.requirements:minimum 2 years of experience in hotel finance or shared services, preferably in a leadership role.bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.proficiency in english (b1 or higher) for effective communication and collaboration.experience with tools like oracle ebs, blackline, opera, excel, and microsoft office.familiarity with hotel month-end processes and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and a proactive mindset.collaborative team player with strong leadership potential and passion for technology and process improvement.location: based in cancun, mexico with occasional travel.
