- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a marketing operations team-
- proven experience managing a comprehensive marketing automation stack and leading digital transformation initiatives-
- strong strategic planning and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading successful teams-
- in-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, crm systems, and analytics tools-
- demonstrated ability in performance management and driving teams to achieve and surpass objectives-
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and lead teams in a dynamic environment*education*:
- bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferredpersonal attributes:
