key responsibilities •support early-stage recruitment activities, including job posting,resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• assist with internalcommunication efforts by preparing content that promotestransparency, engagement, and organizational culture.
• participatein the digitalization and organization of hr documents, maintainingconfidentiality and ensuring data integrity.
• collaborate in theplanning and execution of employee engagement events and culturalinitiatives.
• provide administrative support and assist in ongoinghr projects related to process improvement and operationalefficiency.
profile • currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree inbusiness administration, engineering, business management, orrelated field.
(note: psychology is not a requirement.)
•intermediate english proficiency.
• solid knowledge of excel;familiarity with design tools (e.g., powerpoint, canva); interestin ai applications in hr.
• desirable: basic understanding of powerbi or willingness to learn.
