E-Concierge
As an E- Concierge serves as a key point of digital contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity.
**What will I be doing?**
Aa an E- Concierge, you will serve as a key point of contact for Guests and VIP Guests throughout their stay at the hotel, providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity. Concierge is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- **Extensive knowledge of the hotel**: room categories, restaurants, events, overall services, and the local area, in order to effectively respond to guest questions and inquiries.
**Monitor online reviews** and forward important feedback to the appropriate departments for follow-up.
**Respond to guest requests** in real time through digital platforms.
**Coordinate with other hotel departments** to ensure effective execution of special requests.
**Follow up on open requests** to ensure their completion and guest satisfaction.
**Identify opportunities** to enhance the guest experience and encourage positive feedback.
