Sr. Radio frequency manufacturing engineer
coordinates and/or executes projects that improve and maintain efficiency in processes, methods, and equipment to ensure the product meets both organizational and customer expectations.
responsibilities
* knowledge and understanding of the rf welding processes, machinery and materials required.
* planning and scheduling of activities and resources.
* analysis of methods, measurements, machinery, equipment, materials, etc.
* design of products, equipment, preparation of flowcharts, etc.
* provide training on production processes.
* preparation of manufacturing travelers (shop travelers).
* delivery of documentation (forms, progress plans, scaled drawings).
* time studies across different operations.
* preparation of operation sheets.
* preparation of general company reports.
* responsible for establishing and following up on machine maintenance plans.
* project management and control (quality control, process control, etc.).
* response to and follow-up on corrective actions.
* ensures compliance with requirements derived from the iso 9000 quality management system.
* supports and ensures compliance with applicable safety requirements.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
* 5 years of experience in similar positions.
* advanced english proficiency.
knowledge and skills
* rf welding process.
* proficiency in autocad.
* knowledge of iso 9000 standards.
work schedule
* monday to friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
