we are seeking a highly skilled sales and business development professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales of our engineering plastics in mexico and adjacent countries.
key responsibilities
• develop new customers and evaluate the performance of all distributors
• act as key account manager, work with global sales team to assure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery, responsiveness, and inventory management
• establish sales objectives and forecast, and develop annual sales plans
• implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals
• work with logistics and supply chain teams to manage and monitor local stock, ensure sufficient inventory to meet customer demand
• collaborate with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all product sales activities comply with applicable regulations
requirements
• bachelor's degree or above in polymer/material science
• fluent writing and oral spanish and english skills
• strong international mindset and multicultural ability, excellent internal and external coordination capability
• 5+ years of sales experience in the plastic industry, excellent negotiation skills, and customer relationship build-up and maintenance abilities
• ability to manage multiple product lines and projects
• knowledgeable of market layouts, self-motivated to develop and meet sales goals
• ability to collect, analyze, and convert market dynamic information into directive sales strategies
