this strategic hr professional will collaborate with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employee relations, compensation, and payroll alignment, as well as strong analytical skills and business acumen.
key responsibilities
* strategic partnering: work closely with business leaders to identify talent gaps and prioritize organizational needs. Provide guidance on team structure, talent planning, and organizational changes.
* employee relations & compliance: manage employee relations cases with objectivity, discretion, and legal compliance. Ensure alignment with labor laws and internal procedures.
* compensation & payroll alignment: review compensation structures, salary adjustments, and job leveling. Work closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure accuracy.
* leadership support & coaching: provide coaching to managers, senior managers, and directors on leadership effectiveness. Guide leaders on performance management and difficult conversations.
* data, reporting & analytics: analyze trends such as attrition, absenteeism, engagement, and compensation discrepancies. Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making.
* talent management & development: support succession planning, hipo programs, promotions, and internal mobility. Partner with l&d on training needs and leadership development initiatives.
* collaboration & cross-functional work: work closely with compliance, payroll, finance, talent acquisition, and legal teams. Align hr processes with corporate guidelines.
