rooms & guest services operations – guest experience expert (full‑time). Location: almare luxury collection isla mujeres, mexico.
key responsibilities
* deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing local highlights.
* ensure a safe workplace and comply with company policies and procedures.
* maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
* present a professional appearance and communication, including uniform standards.
* stand, sit, walk, and move around as required; perform hands‑on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing ≤10 lbs without assistance.
* fulfill other reasonable job duties as requested.
preferred qualifications
* high school diploma or ged equivalent.
* no related work experience required.
* no supervisory experience required.
* no license or certification required.
