Equipment maintenance specialist:
a key role has become available in the development, implementation and continuous optimization of preventive maintenance plans for equipment and tooling. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in electronics or mechatronics, experience in the automotive industry, plc knowledge and advanced english skills.
main responsibilities:
* design and implement preventive maintenance strategies for equipment and tools
* analyze equipment failures and document findings
* manage spare parts inventory, formulate standards and plans for procurement, and track usage
* standardize maintenance documentation, record, analyze and archive checklists and parameter control tables
* pursue ongoing improvement initiatives to boost equipment efficiency
* coordinate maintenance personnel, assign tasks as required
* participate in training and evaluating maintenance staff skills
* organize and participate in facility and equipment commissioning and installation inspections
* supervise and direct foreign construction workers
* identify potential hazards associated with production equipment and develop management strategies
* monitor and enforce safe working practices among employees
required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in electronics or mechatronics
* experience in the automotive industry
* plc knowledge
* advanced english skills
* kpi management; mttr, mtbf
* maintenance management (technician and engineer level)
