International payroll analyst
aerospace mexico (b.a.m)
responsibilities
* ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple countries.
* validate payroll inputs and outputs prior to finalization.
* process payroll transactions and meet strict payroll deadlines.
* perform payroll reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end activities.
* partner with external payroll providers to ensure service quality.
* collaborate with hr, finance, tax, legal, it, benefits etc. teams globally.
* respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
* investigate discrepancies and resolve payroll issues with urgency.
* ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
* support audits and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
* handle end‑to‑end payroll processing using manual methods.
* identify opportunities to enhance payroll processes and efficiency.
* drive standardization, automation, and documentation.
* challenge existing processes and propose scalable solutions.
* anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues.
qualifications
* between six (6) months to two (2) years of international payroll experience (apac, emea, latam).
* bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent experience.
* knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
* experience with payroll systems (sap, successfactors, tress, etc.).
* advanced excel skills and strong analytical capability.
* fluent in spanish and english; additional languages are a plus.
