job summary
we are seeking an international client project manager with manufacturing industry experience to manage global projects for major retail clients, including walmart. This role requires 2–4 years of hands-on project management experience, strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, and the ability to support high-volume, compliance-driven retail accounts.
key responsibilities
* act as the primary project liaison between internal manufacturing teams and walmart stakeholders
* manage end-to-end project lifecycles from production planning through delivery
* coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, logistics, compliance, and sales
* ensure compliance with walmart requirements including labeling, packaging, and otif standards
* track production schedules, factory readiness, and international shipping timelines
* identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain and capacity constraints
* prepare and deliver regular project status updates and performance reports
* ensure adherence to cost, quality, and contractual requirements
required qualifications
* bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or project management, or equivalent experience
* 2–4 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
* knowledge of retail manufacturing workflows and compliance standards
* strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* bilingual english and spanish
preferred qualifications
* experience supporting big-box or mass retail clients
* knowledge of global manufacturing and international supply chains
* project management certification (pmp, capm, or agile)
* experience with erp or project management tools
* direct experience working with walmart as a client
