you will be responsible to ensure high accuracy and completeness of information (tasks, man-hours, parts,materials,spareparts) in maintenance plans, you will report to the general manager, rubber plate factory
this position is mainly located in irapuato, guanajauato mx.

*what you'll do*:
- develop and manage detailed maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders
- monitor resources (manpower, parts, time, budgets) and optimize maintenance execution
- analyze labor and spare part usage to drive continuous improvement
- maintain accurate maintenance records using our maintenance database system
- coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery
- lead monthly reporting on predictive and corrective maintenance, as well as utility consumption (water, electricity, gas)
- oversee equipment and machinery projects from planning through execution
- promote safety and compliance through regular risk analysis (hiras), risk observations, and safety talks
