*responsabilities*:
- answering calls
- water treatment log
- welcome packets
- update oil inventory sheet
- service ticket into uco spreadsheet
- calling customer for lockbox/key, update delivery sheet, and update container inventory sheet in google docs
- taking care of notes, keys, and services time
- scheduling call-ins for uco and gt-calling customers when they are due to schedule ahead of time for a precise day
- updating fleet schedule for gts with upcoming service on a given day including special notes
- making a list for interval changing
- generate account reports forcustomers
- contacting accounts for service ahead of time

- quickbooks
- excel

- advanced level of english
