Main responsibilities project manager is capable of bridging the gap between agile (scrum, safe) and traditional (pmi) methodologies to lead high-impact digital transformation and ecommerce projects. It is a high-stakes strategic role requiring technical proficiency in apis and advanced management tools (jira, ms project), alongside the executive presence to negotiate with c-level stakeholders (ceo/cfo). What will help you succeed: bachelor's degree in systems engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or related fields. Training or certification in project management (pmp, scrum master, or equivalent). Advanced project planning: agile, traditional, and hybrid methodologies. Advanced project planning defining roadmaps, schedules, critical paths, and dependencies. Portfolio management and initiative prioritization. Monitoring kpis, progress control, and executive reporting. Risk and issue management (identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring). Documentation management, meeting minutes, records, and follow-up on agreements. Project budget management (costing, expense control, invoicing). Intermediate-advanced level of excel (pivot tables, financial formulas, dashboards). Experience with remote communication and collaboration tools (microsoft teams, google workspace).
