position overview
we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounts receivable/payable analyst to join our growing team in mexico city (cdmx). This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of our mexico operations through accurate billing, payment processing, and coordination with our administrative partners.
key responsibilities
* issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers
* manage payment processing to vendors
* maintain and issue statements of account for both customers and suppliers
* liaise with our contracted administrative services provider
* monitor and manage payment terms and due dates for both receivables and payables
required qualifications
* degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
* experience in both accounts receivable and payable functions
* familiarity with cargowise is a plus
* strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* must be fluent in english (spoken and written)
