about the role
:as the security and safety director complex, you will lead, coordinate, and ensure the continuous improvement of all security and safety programs across the hotel complex. You will act as the technical reference for risk prevention, emergency response, and safety management, protecting guests, employees, facilities, and assets. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑departmental collaboration, and operational expertise to ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulations
