Role Purpose
To lead the design, development, and optimization of complex technical solutions within SAP environments (ECC and S/4HANA). Serve as the technical SME for the ABAP team and collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and solution architects to deliver high-impact developments following SAP best practices and supporting the company's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced SAP ABAP solutions for new initiatives and major enhancements.
- Manage full development lifecycle: technical analysis, estimation, development, testing, documentation, deployment, and support.
- Deliver high-quality ABAP code, including OO ABAP, Enhancements, BAdIs, Exits, CDS Views, OData Services, IDocs, Adobe Forms, and SmartForms.
- Translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs.

Technical Lead
, mentoring junior/mid-level developers and conducting code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Perform performance tuning and ensure compliance with coding standards and security guidelines.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and technology transition projects (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5 enablement).
- Coordinate with cross-functional global teams using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Produce technical documentation, design specifications, and development best practice guides.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of strong SAP ABAP development experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Proven technical leadership experience on SAP projects (implementations, rollouts, migrations).
- Deep expertise in ABAP OO, BAPI, RFC, IDoc, Enhancements, BAdIs, User-Exits and integration scenarios.
- Strong exposure to multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, PM, HR).
- Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Studio, CDS, OData, and ideally SAPUI5/Fiori development.
- Advanced English (spoken and written), especially for coordination with global teams.
