seeking a seasoned .net expert to provide advanced technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex infrastructure challenges.
this role requires strong english communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.
key responsibilities:
* support multiple projects with functional expertise, providing support through various communication means to clients based out in usa.
* handle issues and troubleshoot any technical/functional problems that may arise.
* work on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes.
* code and debug to resolve technical issues.
* serve as the sole point of contact (poc) for clients based out in various countries.
required skills:
* strong experience with product support/tech support.
* excellent communications skills- both written and verbal, especially in english communication.
* proficient in c# and .net.
* familiarity with database – sql queries, making api calls using postman.
* experience with jquery & css.
* troubleshooting problems and debugging glitches.
preferred skills:
* familiarity with ticketing systems.
* experience in handling queries and some experience (functional) with ai/bots is preferred.
