*qualifications*:
experience: 6 months or less in similar positions
high school to college degrees. All are welcome to join us
unfinished degrees are welcome too
language: fully bilingual, - fluent in speaking, writing and reading english required
*knowledge, skills & abilities*:
must be well-spoken, able to speak fluent english (*90%*)
basic computer skills are necessary - proficiency in ms office
must be able to critically think through an issue and provide solutions to the customers
