scope: temporal / full-time / hybrid model | location: mexico city
we’re looking for a meticulous and proactive professional to support a networking capital cleanup project: temporary role - 4 months (potential to extend based on opportunities).
*key responsibilities include*:
- cleanup - invoices from 2021 to date across latam (+1000 invoices).
- cross-checking odcs; request creation if missing.
- investigating and searching historical data to locate and clarify old invoices.
What we need to see from you:
- bachelor's degree completed preferred.
- previous experience in administrative support and data analysis roles / activities or equivalent.
*nice to have*:
- english proficiency.
- knowledge of microsoft licensing (contracts).

- strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
