What you'll do
* partner with business leaders and hr to deeply understand talent needs and build effective hiring strategies across latam.
* own full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring a strong pipeline and exceptional candidate experience.
* leverage data and insights to guide decisions, identify challenges, and continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
* develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data and expertise.
* champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (dei) in all hiring processes.
* partner with employer branding, sourcing, and operations teams to optimize candidate attraction and recruitment efficiency.
* stay up to date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity in the latam region.
what makes you a good fit
* 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years focused on the latam region.
* proven track record of managing complex recruitment across multiple countries and functions.
* exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* bilingual (spanish and english) required.
* comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
* experience using applicant tracking systems.
* strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
* this position is temporary, with an expected duration of six months.
