- guide staff and their talent development processes in human interaction across all areas, processes, buildings, and business units of f r tecnologias de flujo.
- guide employees in these processes on all days of the week, during shifts, regular hours, and overtime, either directly or through other employees or vendors, in various staff services such as researching work references, personnel, and legal matters, academic studies, professional experience, occupational health status, and competencies.
- manage the academic scholarship program for secondary, high school, bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees, and the university internship scholarship plan.
- develop and implement effective talent attraction and retention strategies by analyzing organizational needs, optimizing selection and integration processes, strengthening professional development, ensuring a positive work environment, and managing talent aligned with the company's objectives.
- ensure efficient management of recruitment and selection processes by implementing strategies and methodologies that enable the attraction, evaluation, and hiring of highly qualified talent aligned with business requirements, thereby contributing to organizational performance and growth.
- manage the internal selection and promotion system: definition of requirements, publication, selection criteria, interviews and communication of results, guaranteeing a transparent, equitable and fair procedure, ensuring that it is perceived in the same way by collaborators.
- organize and carry out the induction process for new staff, ensuring their integration and understanding of the company's culture, values and procedures.
- ensure supply chain security through active participation in the aeo-ctpat committee, ensuring the attraction and selection of appropriate talent in accordance with established security standards, contributing to regulatory compliance, operational security, and the healthy functioning of the company.
- collaborate in the design, planning and implementation of the company's training programs, ensuring their proper execution and alignment with organizational needs.
- direct the productivity system management, monitoring the on site training and performance evaluation, advising and offering feedback to improve those systems. Advise and direct the classroom training programs´ execution.
- promote research and implementation of innovative and more effective training methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement in training processes.
- monitor the definition of training objectives by analyzing the needs in each area, establishing performance indicators to periodically evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- direct staff training at all levels, designing and providing updated teaching materials with the support of specialized consultants, with the purpose of strengthening the talent of collaborators.
- ensure the proper management and updating of training records, both physical and electronic, to guarantee the traceability and validity of employee competency evidence, meeting the requirements of various institutions and contributing to the organization's professional development and regulatory compliance.
- ensure compliance with training and development requirements through proper management and attention to audits conducted by government institutions (imss, stps, etc.) and private institutions (iso, clients, etc.), ensuring the availability and updating of required documentation, as well as implementing continuous improvement actions for talent development and the organization's regulatory compliance.
- provide elements to promote the continuous improvement process in the company through training.
- lead the management of the business improvement proposals system (bips).
- manage and oversee the talent excellence recognition program, ensuring its proper implementation and alignment with organizational values, in order to fairly value and reward outstanding employee performance and foster an environment of motivation, commitment, and high performance within the company.
- comply with all safety policies, report immediately any situation of risk and participate actively with actions to improve safety in their area of control
*for this role, you will need*:
- desirable experience: 5 years in administrative functions of human resources.
- desirable schooling: business administration, industrial relations, or related degree
