what to expect in this role (responsibilities)
we are looking for engineering lead – fullstack platforms to join our team and help design, build, and scale modern distributed applications.
you'll contribute to both backend and frontend development, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and participate in technical decision-making.
requirements
4+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development (go, python, react — knowledge of at least two).
3+ years working with aws or another major cloud provider.
3+ years building microservices and distributed systems.
3+ years with containerization (docker, kubernetes) and ci/cd workflows.
3+ years designing and consuming rest apis and data processing workflows.
3+ years working on saas platforms or enterprise-grade systems.
hands-on experience with data science tools (numpy, scipy, jupyter).
advanced english level (written and spoken).
availability to collaborate with teams in eastern time (et).
nice to have
experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
experience with observability (logs/metrics/tracing), security standards, and compliance workflows.
knowledge of security best practices and compliance considerations.
