Responsibilities
* manage service requests from the business unit through the route design managers, implementing route engineering solutions.
* ensure alignment and communication with the ric coordinator to clarify and refine service requests.
* collaborate with the project/change manager to gather feedback on implemented route solutions and make necessary adjustments based on field performance.
* work closely with other route engineers to address technical needs and support requirements.
* utilize the pfna gold standard route engineering process to ensure best practices in route design.
* develop and maintain reports to track solution delivery performance, ensuring adherence to slas.
* support the continuous improvement initiatives of the route intelligence center.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* strong business acumen and problem‐solving skills.
* fluent in professional english (written and spoken).
* proficiency in software tools such as territory planner, database tools, web design tools, ms excel, ms powerpoint, acrobat, sharepoint, and ms access.
* ability to analyze complex business drivers, develop metrics, and implement process improvements.
* excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* strong results orientation with effective planning and follow‐up abilities.
* experience in people management and training for new team members.
