position summary
delinea is seeking a product manager to join our product management group (pmg) and help lead our growing portfolio of saas-first identity security solutions. This is a highly strategic role, responsible for defining product vision, maintaining the cloud product roadmap, and ensuring delivery of customer-centric features that advance our leadership in pam. As a member of a globally distributed team, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, ux, and technical writing to bring innovative, scalable, and secure cloud features to market. You will also engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements that shape the future of our cloud-native platform. This position is open to candidates based in mexico city.
key responsibilities
* define and evolve the product strategy for key delinea pam solutions.
* maintain and prioritize a well-defined product backlog, collaborating with agile development teams to deliver iterative value.
* engage directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction.
* partner with engineering, qa, and support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery.
* work with product marketing to inform positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
* enable internal technical teams with the context and training needed to support product launches and customer success.
* balance the needs of current customers with the opportunity to unlock new market segments and use cases.
skills & requirements
* bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field (master’s degree preferred). Equivalent work experience will be considered.
* 3+ years of product management experience in an agile/scrum environment; startup or scale-up experience a plus.
* 3+ years of experience in software, saas, or cloud security-related roles.
* strong domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (aws, azure, gcp), infrastructure services, and enterprise it environments (e.g., active directory).
* demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling product offerings and user experiences.
* certifications such as pragmatic marketing or scrum product owner are advantageous.
* excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills—fluent in english; spanish proficiency is a plus for mexico-based roles.
