*key responsibilities*:
*community engagement and research*:
- identify relevant subreddits and key conversations related to our brand and actively participate by submitting content, commenting, and responding to users.
- monitor reddit for discussions, trends, and opportunities to connect with the community.
- conduct research on subreddits and their user dynamics to understand community culture and engagement rules.
*account and content management*:
- create and maintain reddit accounts, ensuring positive engagement and consistent participation in key communities.
- contribute to the setup and moderation of subreddits if needed, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- organize and schedule reddit content that promotes the brand in authentic, engaging ways.
*customer support and engagement*:
- respond to comments and questions in real-time, providing helpful and respectful support and information.
- escalate any complex or important interactions to appropriate team members and work collaboratively to provide responses.
*campaign and interaction tracking*:
- track and organize engagement data from reddit interactions to evaluate which approaches are effective.
- report on engagement metrics, tracking interactions and community feedback to continuously improve engagement efforts.
*qualifications*:
- proven experience engaging on social media in general, with a solid understanding of social features and community guidelines.
- familiarity with managing reddit accounts and understanding the platform’s karma and reward systems.
- ability to research and adapt to various subreddit cultures and norms.
- strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple conversations and tracking engagement effectively.
- quick learner who can adapt to reddit’s trends and community dynamics.
- positive attitude with the ability to communicate respectfully and professionally in all interactions.
- passion for social media engagement, and creating meaningful connections online.
