1. to be successful in this role, you will enable delivery against key performance areas:
2. functional expertise: design, customize and implement core functionalities of sap cs/pm and/or sd module in aftersales service area automotive. Experience with sap power user in these modules is welcome.
3. implementation: roll out and implement new business applications and functionality within the named sap modules.
4. customer success: implement sap solutions to clients providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on sap products.
5. process knowledge: understanding technical aftersales service processes in sap mainly: orders, notifications, equipment and functional locations structures (including classifications, measurement points, etc.), contracts, maintenance planning.
6. requirements gathering: facilitate gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting sap aftersales service to enhance clients' business functionality and performance.
7. collaboration:
* participate in meetings to build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives, and align requirements.
* engage with key users and business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
8. problem solving:
* analyze and develop functional specifications communicating to technical developers to develop required solutions in the most efficient way.
* monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders.
* identify risks / issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
9. documentation:
* ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented.
