design and execute the commercial plan for the weddings and group sales segments across all regions.
lead and coach a team of on-property and regional sales professionals.
analyze kpis and optimize conversion rates, adr, and upselling strategies.
build and maintain strong relationships with wedding planners, agencies, and third-party partners in north america.
create packages, tools, and initiatives to support our wedding-focused resorts and grow market share.
benchmark competitor wedding offerings and guest experiences to ensure our products remain best-in-class.
ensure brand consistency, operational coordination, and post-sale client satisfaction.
participate in key trade shows and b2b networking events.
background in groups and events sales, with strong negotiation and client management skills.
s. bridal agency networks, tour operators, and digital b2b tools.
fluent english (spoken and written)
