scope
involved in new product development and staying updated on technologies, responsible for developing new automated processes, updating current processes, integrating them into production, and continuing research and technological updates to remain highly competitive.
main activities
1. prepare and present project schedules during the follow-up stage of secondary equipment purchased/modified in-house.
2. hold regular meetings as needed for project development and monitor team and sample progress from quotation to launch production.
3. lead and coordinate different departments involved in manufacturing strategy, aiming for resource efficiency.
4. implement projects across sales, engineering, logistics, quality, production, and processes.
5. prepare and publish minutes and follow-ups for each project.
6. responsible for integrating robotics and new technologies into production processes.
7. ensure safety devices on assembly and decoration machines are in good working condition.
8. conduct research and update technologies.
9. improve current processes to make them leaner and more efficient.
10. provide technical support across areas as needed.
11. follow ehs procedures applicable to the role.
12. perform other assigned tasks and maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
13. maintain effective and assertive communication both ways.

profile (experience & qualifications)
* electronic or electromechanical engineer.
* 2 years of experience in a similar role (desirable).
* knowledge of pneumatics.
desirable skills:
* robotics (proficiency with at least one brand).
* electrical control.
* plc programming (basic, interface modification).
* vision systems (for robot guidance, inspection, and measurement).
* servomotors and stepper motors (desirable).
* general equipment integration knowledge.
* safety.
* organization and cleanliness.
* ability to work under pressure.
* teamwork.
