Are you passionate about logistics, tracking, and client service? At mone transport, we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented transportation monitor to track our units in real time and keep our clients updated on the status of their shipments.
key responsibilities:
* real-time monitoring of units using samsara tracking software.
* follow-up on deliveries and pickups.
* constant communication with drivers to ensure route compliance.
* client support via whatsapp, phone, and email regarding load status.
* report and assist in resolving any issues during the trip.
requirements:
* minimum 1 year of experience in transportation monitoring or logistics.
* proven experience with samsara and gps tracking platforms.
* strong verbal and written communication skills.
* availability to work evening shifts.
* available to work on weekends with days off during the week
* highly organized and customer-focused.
