You’ll champion a shift-left, quality-first culture by mentoring engineers and embedding automation into ci/cd pipelines. what you will do
* build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and api layers;
* define automation strategy to ensure high test coverage and reliable release cycles;
* create api automation suites to validate microservices integrity;
* implement and manage frontend automation scripts to ensure user experience quality;
* mentor engineers on testing best practices and promote a quality-first culture.
must haves
* 4+ years of experience as an sdet engineer;
* strong programming skills in java;
* extensive experience with rest assured for api automation;
* hands‑on experience with playwright for frontend automation;
* strong understanding of shift-left testing and ci/cd integration;
* ability to work independently and provide technical direction;
* upper-intermediate english level.
nice to haves
* experience in loyalty or fintech domains;
* experience with performance or load testing tools such as jmeter or gatling;
* familiarity with cloud infrastructure and sql for data validation;
* experience with mocking frameworks.
