your role this is a growth creative strategist role at the intersection of research, strategy, copy, and performance .
you'll turn audience insights into ad concepts and briefs that designers/editors execute into top-performing assets—and you'll help explain the "why" behind results to clients.
important: you're not responsible for launching campaigns or managing budgets—but you do need meta campaign fluency (metrics, creative performance signals, testing logic) so you can interpret results and guide next steps.
