the role
as international sales manager – latam, you will:
* lead and expand sales to distributors and private label retail accounts across the region.
* develop and implement strategies to maximise market share and profitability.
* work closely with senior leadership in the usa to align commercial objectives with regional execution.
* represent a highly respected fmcg business recognised for quality, agility, and long-term customer partnerships.
this is a home-based role in chile, reporting directly to the senior vp (usa).

the package
a competitive package will be tailored to attract the right candidate, anticipated in the region of $80,000–$100,000.
the person
we are looking for a results-driven professional who can demonstrate:
* at least 7 years’ experience in sales, marketing, and account management within consumer goods, with private label exposure.
* a strong record of business development success across latam, with both distributors and retailers.
* fluency in spanish and english (written and spoken) is essential. Portuguese would be advantageous but is not required.
* excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
