- conduct initial interviews to assess english level, sales potential, and cultural fit.
- contribute to creative sourcing strategies (campaigns, outreach messages, referral programs).

*qualifications*:
- bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in sourcing sales or customer-facing roles for the us market.
- knowledge of sales role profiles, particularly sdrs.
- strong sourcing skills using linkedin recruiter, indeed, glassdoor, job boards, and social media.
- advanced english (verbal & written) - able to conduct interviews confidently.
- strong organizational and communication skills.
- ability to work full-time.
- proactive, resourceful, and results-driven personality.
