we're hiring a
partnerships & business development manager
to build and grow law-firm relationships, expand our presence nationwide, and contribute hands-on to our digital and outbound efforts.
this is a
hybrid role
combining b2b outreach, relationship building, and light digital execution. You'll work closely with the founder, have autonomy to execute, and play a direct role in scaling the business.
what you'll do
1. Build relationships with u.s. Law firms
* reach out via linkedin, email, and other channels
* introduce ppa's services clearly and confidently
* book intro calls and demos
* follow up consistently
* build trust and long-term partnerships
2. Execute hands-on outbound prospecting
you will:
* use sales navigator
* build targeted lists
* send professional outreach
* maintain a pipeline
* hit weekly activity goals
this is not a strategy-only role — execution matters.
3. Support digital acquisition
* assist with basic meta/linkedin campaigns
* write short, persuasive copy for ads and outreach
* track simple kpis
* help refine the top of the funnel

6. Coordinate with our external marketing agency
you will serve as the
main point of contact
between ppa and the marketing company.

* giving clear direction and feedback
* holding the agency accountable to deadlines and quality
* ensuring the marketing side supports your bd efforts, not works against them

who you are
* 3+ years in b2b sales, partnerships, account management, customer success, or a mix
* strong written and verbal communicator
* comfortable with outreach and building relationships
* polished and professional when speaking with attorneys
* fast learner (especially around niche or technical services)
* organized, dependable, and proactive
* based in mexico city
* comfortable with hybrid work
* kpi-driven and execution focused
work structure
* first 4–6 weeks:
in-person onboarding in cdmx
* after:
hybrid (remote + in-person strategy days)
* flexible schedule once you're hitting targets
* this is not remote-only
compensation (with real recurring earning potential)
base salary:
30,000 mxn / month
launch draw (first 60 days):
50,000 mxn / month
(the extra 20k/month is a recoverable draw through commissions — never out of pocket.)
