Your tasks
- define, create and implement standards for plant maintenance based on sap standard functions and enhancement by add ons
- realize and secure concepts and standards in sap s/4hana pm to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within plant maintenance
- define the master data concept for the whole group sector contitech and for all business processes within sap pm and potential other solutions
- coordinate the implementation of the pm master data concept for the division
- define processes for the maintenance of pm master data and administration of pm master data for all bas and legal entities worldwide
- define concepts for a proper system implementation and adequate testing.
generate blueprint and test catalogue
- implement sap s/4hana pm modules as member of the project team, attendance in bat testing sessions
- test system upgrades and system enhancements
- pm ticket management and user support, trainings and workshops for global ku, local ku and power user
- train and support local user administrator
- define and create authorization concepts and roles
- support x-alert monitoring, especially by checking rights of central people with local authorization in different legal entities
- pm role related user administration for lku's, corporate users and special roles
- responsible to provide management accessibility to pm related business information; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements)
- serve as a pm related consultant to business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs
*profile*:
- graduate in engineering, industrial engineering (e.g. Mba)
- experience in plant maintenance, knowledge of sap pm related processes and functions, documentation, basic knowledge of related modules, sd, fi, co, mm, pp, qm
- project participation, participation in implementation projects
- operational experience in plant maintenance and related departments
- conceptional plant maintenance skills
- project management skills
- it related skills (e.g. Interaction of table entries and changes)
- team lead experience / power of convincing
- international experience
- problem solving
