Overview
we are looking for a network engineer to join our global network team, supporting both on-site and remote operations across multiple regions. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our enterprise network infrastructure.
You will work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in a rotational on-call service to support mission-critical network operations.
Responsibilities
collaborate within a global network operations team, supporting on-site and remote responsibilities.
Ensure high availability and stability of network services (switching, routing, wlan, security, cloud).
Participate in rotational on-call duty and respond to critical incidents in a timely manner.
Monitor network performance and availability, including baselining and proactive issue detection.
Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures.
Provide network expertise to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Plan, design, and implement voice and data communication networks aligned with business requirements.
Evaluate, test, and integrate new network technologies into existing infrastructure.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and standards.
Define and implement processes to ensure network configuration conformity.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, communications engineering, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
3–5 years of experience in network operations.
Fluent english and spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
