we are hiring key account manager. Looking candidates from food color/ingredient industry only. Candidates must be based in mexico city. 5 days working.
responsibilities
* develop and execute the sales plan to achieve targets.
* drive new business development by identifying opportunities, promoting products, and generating leads through visits, exhibitions, and market research.
* benchmark competitors and analyze market trends to strengthen sales strategies.
* prepare and manage forecasts, budgets, and price quotations in crm.
* participate in industry exhibitions and customer visits to assess needs, promote solutions, and gather insights.
* collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and follow up on critical matters.
* provide regular sales performance reports and ensure company targets are consistently met.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, food science, or related field.
* 10+ years of relevant sales experience in the food industry (colors and/or ingredients strongly preferred).
* strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-oriented team player.
* proficiency in microsoft office (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint, etc.).
* advanced english (written and spoken).
additional opportunity: zubale kam role
we are also exploring roles with zubale, a technology company enabling retailers to win in ecommerce across mexico, brazil, chile, costa rica, peru and colombia. Key products include flexifleet, fulfillment optimizer, and consumer connect. The candidate should have at least 5 years of kam experience, be capable of national-level client management, and have strong english skills. Responsibilities include strategic account management for existing clients in mexico, hunting for new business, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and leading account and sales strategy planning and execution. Collaboration with operations/cx, product, and finance is expected to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.
