responsibilities (depending on position)
* clean and maintain public areas, guest corridors, restrooms, restaurants, lounges & crew areas
* support daily housekeeping operations including vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and deep cleaning
* assist with cabin cleaning for crew or officers (if assigned)
* ensure all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and properly
* follow strict usph, safety, and sanitation guidelines
* report maintenance issues immediately
* manage linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies
* maintain a professional, friendly attitude when interacting with guests and crew
* work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

requirements
minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in housekeeping (hotels, resorts, hospitals, cleaning companies, or similar)
basic–intermediate english communication
strong attention to detail and cleanliness
ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, long shifts)
excellent work ethic, teamwork, and reliability
willingness to work 6–8 month contracts onboard
ability to follow strict cleaning and safety standards
preferred skills
* experience in 4–5 star hotels or resorts
* knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment
* familiarity with chemical safety protocols
* previous cruise experience (optional)
