* manage the strategic portfolio of projects to ensure compliance in scope, time, quality and budget.
* define the methodologies to manage the portfolio and manage the projects and evaluate the initiatives that must be structured as projects to enter the portfolio.
* manage and monitor the progress of the project portfolio, periodically delivering status reports and financial reports to the general manager.
* manage the risks of the project portfolio, including stakeholder management, recommending actions and scaling the risks they expose to the company.
* evaluate compliance with the results committed in the business cases of each project and propose corrective actions in case of deviations.
* responsible for a properly accomplished of processes and company methodology.
* understand the business needs and priorities and, based on those, contribute to the manufacturing plan for the unit.
