what we're looking for
* 8+ years of recruiting experience with proven success in talent acquisition strategies.
* 3+ years leading recruiting and sourcing teams.
* strong understanding of market trends and ability to provide strategic insights.
* exceptional organizational and project management skills.
* bachelor's degree in hr, psychology, business administration, or related field.
* experience in multinational/global environments (preferred).
* fluency in english; additional languages are a plus.
