Grow with us as* an hr manager *in *kellogg.* *you will lead the hr function and support business growth and employee engagement trough talent, organizational effectiveness, culture and labor strategy for linares manufacturing site.
*what will i be doing?*
in your role as an *hr manager* you* *will be part of our success by having the following responsibilities:
- align kna hr strategy to the plant’s strategy to improve engagement levels, drive kws consistency and evolution journey and contribute to the overall operational kpi’s for the cluster
- improve team development and effectiveness across the plant, starting with the leadership team in the site
- manage talent through the overall talent management regional tools
- manage critical hr metrics.
- coordinate the relations with the community and others e.g. (local associations member, product donations, union)
- manage the people cost and hr budget properly and in line with corporate guidelines
- lead the people development committee for the cluster site and is an active member in the talent management strategy regionally
*what do i need to demonstrate?*
as well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
*required*:
- professional degree
- 7-9 years of experience in a human resources function, supporting teams. (managerial experience)
- english fluency
- experience in: manufacturing plants and labor relations
