as an insurance policy auditor, you will serve as a key quality-control specialist, identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and collaborating with leadership to implement long-term data quality solutions.

core responsibilities
* data quality auditing: proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across insurance policies and customer accounts.
* system synchronization: correct data discrepancies to ensure external carriers and internal systems remain perfectly aligned during the processing of customer records.
* records integrity: verify and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all internal and external documentation.
* quality assurance reporting: document all audit findings, track both individual and team error rates, and present comprehensive quality assurance results to leadership.
* trend analysis: identify patterns of recurring data issues and collaborate with leaders and the training department to develop action plans aimed at reducing future errors.
* regulatory compliance: partner with internal teams to develop training materials and quality standards that ensure strict compliance with insurance industry regulations.
* process maintenance: stay current with all changes in software systems and operational processes to ensure data integrity consistently meets high organizational standards.
* ad hoc support: perform other job-related functions as assigned to support the broader goals of the operations team.
