job overview
we are looking for a personable, strong leader to join us as a restaurant supervisor. This role is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of our multiple outlets. You will assist the other members of the food and beverage leadership team in offering a dynamic environment where your skills will shine, contributing to a vibrant hospitality experience for all patrons. This is a part-time position with variable hours due to business needs. It requires weekend and holiday availability. Applicants must be able to perform some heavy lifting with or without reasonable accommodations. The range of pay is $18.50 to $22.55, doe.
responsibilities
* supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform, and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
* monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating team member performance
* support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests, and in resolving guest complaints
* ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
* manage and monitor product quality and service, and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly
* assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
