Regional sr lean manager
we are seeking a seasoned lean practitioner to join our team in a regional sr lean manager role. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive and deploy lean strategies, improve business outcomes, and develop the skills of our team members.
about the role:
* lead the development and deployment of short-term and mid-long-term lean strategies to accelerate continuous improvement across all factories in your region.
* drive the execution of the lean deployment plan, including hoshin planning, kpi scorecard management, and learning initiatives to deliver improved business results.
* develop and drive lean activities, such as training and coaching, to create an organization that embraces lean principles and actively improves operations using appropriate methodologies and tools.
* identify waste and opportunities for improvement, report on successes, and lead cultural change from firefighting culture to working according to standards.
requirements:
* 3-7 plant sites under responsibility
* mentor, coach, and train leaders and employees to raise performance and talent level.
* assist in selecting, developing, and managing lean change agents.
* work with internal and external contacts to keep abreast of business needs and changes.
