**Responsibilities**:
- Provide project success metrics (on-time adherence to milestone deadlines, number of defects, deliverable creation adherence, etc.) by coordinating and overseeing integration development projects to completion using some onsite resources and a scalable offshore developer pool
- Design, test, and support RESTful APIs (RAML/JSON) using webMethods Integration Server/API Gateway/API Portal for multiple on-premise and cloud systems
- Design, test, and support A2A, EDI, B2B, and API integrations using webMethods Trading Networks, Broker, API Gateway, and Integration Server tools
- Monitor adherence to coding and test coverage standards from onsite and offshore teams
- Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues
- Working with functional leads and business partners to gather the requirements and acceptance criteria and documenting the same in the form of technical design documents
- Provides advice on system development and integration and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field
- 3 or more years of progressive experience in webMethods product suite, with 5 or more years in integration domain
- Good written and verbal communications
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of EAI Integration (A2A / B2B)
- Experience with webMethods Designer, Nice to have Trading Network, MWS, Broker, web Services, API Gateway, API Portal, Postman, Adapters (SAP, JDBC, SFDC, Cloudstream etc.)
- Good understanding of EDI, AS2, and XML standards - ANSI X12, EDIFACT, ChemXML, RosettaNet (CIDX)
- Knowledge of communication protocol like FTP, SFTP, FTP-PGP, HTTPS, AS2 is strongly preferred
- Excellent experience designing REST based API’s using OAUTH, JSON, RAML and implementing security compliance, testing, and monitoring procedures
- Experience working on an agile team
- Nice to have experience with Subversion, Github, and Jenkins preferred
- Nice to have hands on experience with multiple database platforms (MS SQL Server, Oracle, Amazon Redshift/RDS, Postgres)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
