We are seeking an experienced crm developer to lead the development of a return merchandise authorization (rma) portal extension built on an existing power pages environment integrated with dynamics 365 crm ("compass").this initiative will create a fully external-facing portal that manages the complete lifecycle of leased asset returns, from return initiation through logistics coordination, remarketing, inspection, and billing closure. The solution will integrate tightly with dynamics 365 and data verse, while internal teams continue operating exclusively within the crm environment.
