Overview
enroute is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled ad operations specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of digital ad campaigns — from setup and trafficking to qa, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and measurable results.
this is a remote position based in the emea region, with coverage aligned to london business hours.
responsibilities
* manage campaign setup, trafficking, and measurement tagging across multiple channels.
* perform qa and troubleshooting for live campaigns; escalate technical issues when required.
* partner with product and engineering teams to improve and automate workflows.
* support partner integrations, including debugging ad tags, javascript, and html.
* train internal and external stakeholders on self-service tagging tools.
* analyze campaign data to optimize performance and support tracker development.
* communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
qualifications
* proven experience in ad operations, technical account management, or related roles.
* familiarity with ad servers (required).
* proficiency in excel and working knowledge of javascript, html, css, and python (or equivalent tools).
* strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* excellent communication skills in english.
* residing in the emea region, with the ability to cover london time zone.

* hands-on experience with campaign measurement tools.
* background in marketing ad operations, merch ad operations, or adtech platforms.
