responsibilities
* organize, implement, and coordinate recruitment for plant hourly staff.
* be familiar with the labor relations processes in manufacturing plants, particularly in handling employee conflicts and complaints.
* manage office administration, including canteen, cleaning, shuttle bus, parking, rental management, visitor reception, and other employee-related services.
* develop employee communication strategies to foster effective communication between staff and management and promote a positive corporate culture.
* assist with internal hr audits.
* handle staff incidents, prepare pre-payroll and payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations.
* manage incentive and benefit programs, including major medical insurance adjustments.
* design and oversee competitive compensation and benefit policies that recognize employee contributions.
* analyze hr metrics and prepare kpi reports.
qualifications
* over 5 years of hr experience, with skills in payroll, labor relations, and union processes; manufacturing experience is preferred.
* strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* proficiency in written and spoken english.
