Reporting to thechief creative officer, this role ensures that all new developments and conversions align with our brand dna, operational standards, financial objectives, and long-term strategic vision. The position requires strong independent judgment, cross-functional leadership, and deep experience in hospitality development.key responsibilities lead architecture and design management across all lodge projects. Ensure developments align with brand standards, operational requirements, budgets, and timelines. Review architectural, interior design, and technical documentation at key project milestones. Coordinate with developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams from concept through opening. Support project feasibility, budgeting (ff&e / os&e), and value engineering processes. Conduct site reviews and construction oversight to maintain quality and compliance. Assist business development during due diligence for new opportunities. Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.qualifications bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, hospitality management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within hospitality development. Strong experience in design review, budgeting, and technical services for hotel or lodge projects.
